Whilst we do everything on our end to ensure the highest quality control and packaging, unfortunately the courier companies do not always take as much care as we do based on their logistics set up using conveyor belts, etc.

Unfortunately, UPS and other couriers offer no insurance for liquid products.

We will send you a 25% off coupon for the wholesale cost of the damaged products to be redeemed on a future order. The damaged products may be sold at a discounted price or kept to be used on projects or in workshops.

For leaks or dents on cans of Stain and Finishing Oil or Gel Stain, due to the nature of the metal packaging, small dents can happen and we do not offer replacements or coupons for minor dents that are simply cosmetic

Dents that occur in the middle of the can, can be popped out by putting slight pressure on either side. Should you have a leaking SFO, this happens due to the pressure of the oil inside wanting to escape. Simply remove the leaked oil with a paper towel and some mineral spirits will clean it up nicely.

There is no need to click the submit button as there is no damage report needed.

We will send out replacement seals and lids with your next order. We will also include Colour Cards as a bonus for your trouble

A small leak does not qualify for a replacement. The acrylic actually creates a seal for the container which doesn't allow any air to enter meaning the paint is still in good shape to use

Please check your waybill label on your delivery to ensure how many packages you should be receiving.

Please attach an image of your packing slip along with the details of what products are missing from the order.

Please go to UPS tracking or Canpar tracking and enter one of your tracking numbers to see when your missing box will be delivered. If the tracking does not show an estimated delivery date, please call the courier company to inquire. If they advise you to start a claim as the box is lost, please let them know that the Sender will file a claim. Please then send us an email at info@fusionmineralpaint.com and let us know that a claim needs to be started.

If there's a message about waiting for customs clearance, your order will be released when customs has finished their inspection.

Missing a box from your shipment? Or maybe you’re missing a number of items from your order?

This would indicate a box or two has gotten separated from your rest of your order. This can happen sometimes but rest assured, almost every time, the missing box will be delivered automatically with a day or two.

No need to let us know, all you have to do just go to the UPS website and type in one of the tracking numbers from the boxes that you did receive. You’ll then be able to see when the missing box is estimated to be delivered. Occasionally, you’ll see the box is being held for inspection by customs.

This is nothing to worry about. UPS/Customs have all the information they require and will send the missing box on its way within a day or two. There is no need to submit a ticket for this.

If you see any other note in the tracking information other than an estimated delivery date or the box is with customs, please fill out the ticket below and we will contact UPS and start an investigation.

Let us know what product you received in error and please also attach a copy of the packing slip.
