Our first company, Homestead House Paint Co., launched in 1989 to replicate beautiful old world finishes – it’s still in operation today. Recognizing a need in the market for these specialty products, Homestead quickly expanded the initial paint line to offer a variety of coatings and finishes.
In 2014, the next generation of the family business launched with Fusion Mineral Paint™. A labour of love for founder Jennylyn Pringle, Fusion™ was created after more than 10 years in development. Forever inspired by the power of a fresh coat of paint, Jennylyn created Fusion™ as the ultimate go-to for DIY enthusiasts just like her.
Fusion™ is hand crafted and batched locally in Ontario Canada. What started as a humble small business has grown into a global brand, available in over 30 countries. But it’s sticking to those family values that continue to help us grow.

Excellent coverage! Our Fusion™ paint offers incredible coverage of 75 sq ft per Pint(500ml). In most cases one coat is all you need. Our coverage is outstanding!
Once Fusion™ has cured it yields a highly durable and washable finish. Fusion is fast becoming the go-to paint for Kitchens and Bathrooms a testament of its durability.
Fusion™ is offered in a gorgeous matte finish. This means an almost zero reflectance value that allows you to achieve a beautiful smooth finish.
This paint is extremely easy to work with, though we recommend distressing soon after the paint has dried. It is very durable, so achieving the same result is tad more work after it has cured!
