We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
We use a courier service that is best suited for your geographic location. Typically we use UPS, Canpar, or sometimes when required, Canada Post. Unfortunately, we are unable ship orders to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a street address.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you live in a rural area. We will contact you once we receive your order to advise of any additional shipping charges. If you would like to continue with your order, we will send you an invoice and once paid, your order will be shipped out.
All orders that are not in contiguous United States (Hawaii, Alaska and US Virgin Islands) and Canada, will incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you to advise of the additional shipping charges. If you would like to continue with your order, we will send you an invoice and once paid, your order will be shipped out.
Tracking confirmation will be emailed to you upon shipping (excluding orders for True Colour Cards).
All sales are final.
Damages will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. Should you receive a damaged item, please send us an email along with a photo to email@example.com. Please note: Dents to containers do not affect the quality of the product so are not considered damaged.
