    Can I change or cancel my order?
    There is an option to modify or cancel your order at the bottom of the order confirmation email you received after placing your order. Simply click the link to make changes—provided your order hasn’t already been fulfilled. Please note that once an order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to make changes or offer cancellations or refunds, as outlined in our policy here:

    Please check the tracking details in the shipping notification email you received. Open the ChitChat tracking link, scroll to the bottom, and look for the ‘Partner Carrier’ (USPS) link to view the final delivery status.

    Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes; you will need to provide us with an alternate address where we can ship via courier.

    Please come to the side door, off of Windsor Street.  Please ring the doorbell when you arrive, and we will bring your order to the door.  We are open for pick-ups between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday.
    We’re sorry to hear that you no longer need our products for your project.
    All orders are final, and we do not offer exchanges or returns as per our policy.
    The good news is, the products keep in excellent condition for many years, so you can tackle a future project instead.
